Amazing, wonderful, 10 out of 10! I live in Orlando and am visiting a friend in High Point and needed to find a mechanic quick for an oil change and to check out some other issues before I head back to FL in a couple days and I found Three Points Automotive online and they were able to fit me in. I was nervous to be far from home and having to rely on a mechanic that isn’t my usual one but I was so glad and happy to have found Three Points. They were quick to communicate what was needed (new battery) and had the oil change and battery change done in just a few hours. The price for everything was way reasonable too. I was put to ease with how kind and helpful they were to this non-local. Legit bummed that they aren’t in Florida so I could continue to take my car there.

Reliable Service & Great Prices! I was referred to Three Points Automotive by an auto parts store employee and so thankful I called!! The owner gave me an estimate for the work I needed and advised he could take a look at my car to determine the amount of labor that would drive the price. After bringing my car in for an estimate, the owner was able to change a part in lightning speed and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars compared to other auto repair companies. I will be returning for future auto services and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THREE POINTS AUTO to everyone!! I am so thankful to find an honest and reliable mechanic in the Triad! ~Wendy

Honeymoon Emergency! We get married next week and the car we were using for our honeymoon had the alternator go out! Most local places are so backed up but we knew to call Three Points as they have always been our go to and are the most friendly and honest people! They were able to fix my car same day in only a few hours! Thank you guys for making sure we could safely get to our honeymoon!
